Nonexclusive license to use and sublicense the Planet Hollywood trademarks, trade names and memorabilia to convert, renovate and re-theme the Aladdin hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada into a Planet Hollywood complex, and to manage, operate, advertise and promote the complex, which will include a hotel, casino, theater, conference and banquette facilities, food and beverage operations, restaurant and retail shops, and including the right to operate a website.
