}Comprehensive Format Support:
NOBLEID supports all major citation formats including academic styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard), journal formats (IEEE, Nature, Science, Vancouver), and structured data formats (XML variants, CSL-JSON).
XML Export Capabilities:
Four XML formats are available: DataCite XML for repository integration, Dublin Core for OAI-PMH compliance, MODS for library systems, and JATS for journal publishing workflows.
Pinned vs root:
Encourage "Cite this version (vN)" for reproducibility; offer a checkbox to switch to root when a "living document" citation is intended.
Download links:
Use your API for direct .bib, .ris, .xml, and .json downloads—no backend changes needed if your /metadata/exampleId endpoint is already serving those formats.
